CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete techno commercial operation of the company. Ensure all the resources are being used at max efficiency and monitor them daily.
Assume P&L responsibility including the development and achievement of budgetary and cash flow goals to ensure the long-term viability of the plant.
Manage the Pan India Application centers, supply of material as per their requirement at POS from Factories.
Liaison with Government bodies on different issues related to Plant & Operations. Ensure the efficient processing of incoming materials while maintaining end product quality standards.
Develop new sources of Raw Material and Machine Parts.
Implement organization’s policies & procedures.
PERFORMACE BECNCHMARKS
Built new 3 plants for the company I am working with, in 2004 built one plant for Sankei Japan in Bawal.
Designed strategies for cost reduction and SCM strengthening. Successfully implemented strategies in the form of cost reduction projects and achieved reductions up to 10% in total one year purchases.
Have completed more than 500 projects like developing new products, Design and install new production lines, upgrading production system using Automation, TPM, Team building.
Successfully implemented SAP in HT Burda being a member of “SAP implementation core team”.
Developed Catalytic Converter in India.(Initially importing form CATALER Japan).
